Review and action based on routine health program data is a fundamental strategy for driving an adaptive management and learning process to rapidly improve programming. Data for Action meetings are intended to provide a platform to provide feedback on data quality for prioritized indicators, review progress, and generate a follow-up action plan. This guide supports the conduct of such regular data for action meetings.
