MOMENTUM accelerates reduction in maternal, newborn, and child mortality and morbidity in high-burden USAID partner countries. We collaborate with and strengthen the capacity of partner organizations and institutions to improve quality maternal, newborn, and child health services, voluntary family planning, and reproductive health care. Together with our partners, we build on existing evidence and science to develop new ideas, partnerships, and approaches and strengthen the resiliency of health systems.
What We Do

We increase the resilience and enhance the leadership of countries and public and private health institutions to better respond to shocks and stressors that impact the delivery of quality health care, and ultimately, maternal and child survival.
Increasing Access and Equity
We engage women, youth, and vulnerable communities in adapting health systems to improve equitable access to respectful quality care.
