Webinar: Promoting Children’s Health in Developing and Fragile Settings: Planning, Implementation, Results, and Lessons Learned on Pediatric Death Audits

On September 28, 2023, at 8:30 am EDT/12:30 pm UTC, MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience and MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership will co-host a 90-minute webinar to discuss the integration of pediatric death audits (PDA) in fragile and developing settings. The webinar will highlight PDAs’ role in improving child health outcomes, including reducing mortality rates, building health resilience, and enhancing quality of care. Featured countries will include the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Mali, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Zambia. During the webinar, speakers from participating countries will briefly share their experience with planning and implementing PDAs in their respective health systems, including reflections on lessons learned, challenges, recommendations, and results from integration.
The webinar will be hosted in English, with real-time interpretation in French and Spanish. Registration is required.
