Many health facilities fail to integrate solutions into practice effectively and sustainably; standardized implementation processes that work for some facilities often do not work for others. Contextual factors at the facility level can influence adherence to evidence-based practices.
Please join MOMENTUM Knowledge Accelerator for a webinar on Thursday, September 29 at 8am EDT, where we will share learnings from our pilot implementation of the Context Assessment Toolkit and evaluation findings on the acceptability, feasibility, and utility of the tools in Indonesia, where it was used in a facility mentoring and supervision program, and in Ethiopia, on a program to strengthen perioperative infection prevention practices in hospitals. The Context Assessment Toolkit, originally developed by Ariadne Labs, is a set of short surveys and guides to help implementers understand the contextual factors in a facility that influence facility readiness to adopt new practices.
