Knowledge Management in Action
Published on June 22, 2023
Knowledge management is an important area of focus for MOMENTUM. Though it can be defined in many ways across disciplines, knowledge management can typically be understood as: “a systematic and intentional process of collecting and curating information and connecting it to the right people at the right time to help to increase efficiency and effectiveness; increase the likelihood that information is seen, understood, and used by decisionmakers; and promote learning and creativity.”*
Given this emphasis, MOMENTUM strategically leads events, creates resources, and develops tools and systems to encourage meaningful knowledge exchange and CLA – collaborating, learning, and adapting. The project has created a blog series to share wide-ranging experiences and learning about how these approaches are being used to improve program design, operations, and outcomes. Read the blogs below for lessons and insights you can apply to your own work!
