We aspire to improve the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities in USAID partner countries with the ultimate goal of accelerating the reduction of maternal, newborn, and child death and disability. To achieve this, MOMENTUM works with USAID partner countries to tackle unique, country-specific challenges, while ensuring interventions have the best possible impact and reach.

We envision a world where all mothers, children, families, and communities have equitable access to respectful quality maternal, newborn and child health services, voluntary family planning, and reproductive health care.

Mission

MOMENTUM works alongside governments, local and international private and civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to accelerate improvements in maternal, newborn, and child health services. Building on existing evidence and experience implementing global health programs and interventions, we help foster new ideas, partnerships, and approaches, and strengthen the resiliency of health systems.
