Undernutrition is one of the leading causes of preventable maternal and child deaths in low and middle-income countries.1 The Management of Nutritionally At-risk Mothers and Infants (MAMI) Care Pathway gives practitioners a resource with the tools to screen, assess, and manage mothers and infants under six months who are at risk of poor nutrition.

MAMI Care Pathway tools were developed in 2021, but have not yet been adapted to specific country contexts. MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience is working with the Government of South Sudan and other implementers to adapt MAMI Care Pathway tools and document the lessons learned. Join us for a webinar, “Improving Maternal and Infant Health Through New MAMI Care Pathway Tools in South Sudan,” on Tuesday, July 12 at 8:30 am to learn how we have adapted the MAMI Care Pathway to the specific needs of mothers and children in South Sudan and discover how you can adapt these tools to your own country’s context.

Please pre-register for the webinar here. After registering, you will receive information about how to join the webinar. Presentations will be in English and simultaneously interpreted into French and Spanish.
