India has the world’s largest population of young people, yet they are underserved when it comes to their sexual and reproductive health.

To tackle this challenge, MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership has launched a new initiative to engage Indian youth in decisions about their reproductive health. The four-year initiative will work to transform partnerships between the public and private health sectors and increase investments in the development sector to improve family planning access for Indian youth in Indian states of Assam, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh. This project will contribute to India’s national family planning goals and the Sustainable Development Goals for universal access to sexual and reproductive health care services by 2030.
